Helping CC Directors Teach Latin

About Latin Lead Learner
Classical Conversations regularly reminds their Challenge directors that they are lead learners. Being a lead learner, rather than certified expert, can be a freeing and liberating mindset for directors who face the daunting task of leading 6 different strands. We don’t need to be the experts, but show a love for learning and how to find the answers. However, one major problem is how do I convey this Latin information to my students? This question confronted me in 2017 when I started directing Challenge A, and continued to confront me as I moved up through each Challenge level.
I am not a Latin expert, nor am I the only one offering resources. On the “Help Directing Henle Latin” page you can see others who help with Henle Latin. Latin lead learner is the combined resources and knowledge that I have gained in teaching Henle Latin in Classical Conversations every single year since 2017. I have taught through the Latin in Challenge A (3x), Challenge B (3x), Challenge 1 (4x), Challenge 2 (3x), and Challenge 3 (2x). I believe that I have blazed a trail that, hopefully, others can follow.
What sets LLL apart from all of the other options is that I not only provide clear instruction, but also, I provide student notes for you to pass on this instruction to your students! This allows you to utilize the time in community most effectively. Rather than you having to think through each week the best way to present the material, you are saved countless hours in having this done for you.
The courses led and the resources provided through Latin Lead Leaner are geared to help CC licensed directors teach their own students with clear, organized, informed, and guide-sequenced resources and instruction. They are not perfect, but they have proved useful for me, my students, and for over 500 registrants.
